        "text": "1. Fill in the request form on the “Book a session” page and choose the session type (individual or couple) and length (45 or 90 minutes). 2. Pay the fee and upload a photo of the payment receipt on the same page. 3. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a private link to choose your session time from the doctor's open slots."

        "text": "Times are shown in both Tehran time and your local time. Reminders are sent 72 hours, 24 hours, 1 hour and 30 minutes before the session."
